Anna Thomas switches in-store payments to Westpac’s Presto Smart

Premium women’s fashion brand and Apparel 21 customer, Anna Thomas, recently made the switch to Westpac’s new integrated payment solution, Presto Smart. Following a successful trail, Anna Thomas will now be rolling out the solution across 11 of their stores. Here’s what Tony Barrington, GM Operations at Anna Thomas, had to say about the decision to move to Presto Smart.
“We had some issues with our previous payments provider, mainly PC connection dropouts and speed. Anna Thomas is a premium brand and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service which must include a smooth payments process,” says Tony.
“When the Apparel 21 team mentioned that they’d integrated with Presto Smart, we jumped at the opportunity to get involved. We trialled the solution at our Woollahra store and have been so impressed that we’ll be rolling it out to 11 of our stores by the end of October 2019.
“Once all our stores have been installed, we’ll be able to see all activity on the terminals in real-time via the Presto Smart Dashboard -including failed transactions- which will save us time with queries.”
