Apparel²¹  version 2019.3 is now available

Version 2019.3 gives you the following enhancements*:

Ecommerce

• Web Sales Monitor – bulk option to reassign orders, refund unshipped items and link to stock enquiry (Release Notes – 115321)
• Global SLA (Service Level Agreement) to allow orders to be placed on hold and auto refund the shopper (115320)
• Interface with Zip Pay – Mail order to support refunds of online orders (114942)

SalesNet

• Submit faulty and stock returns requests via SalesNet.Images and return reasons can be added to the requests. New email triggers for approval requests, approvals and declines. (114308)

POS

• Overhaul of customer data stored at POS.Main drivers for this is to scale – reduce the time for a fresh install and recovery from hardware failure. Customer search simplified and customer data protected by not storing any person identifiable information at POS.(Release Notes – 114990)
• Floor to Door / Endless Aisle – new option for stores to refund unfulfilled orders when the customer is present (114675)
• Store transfer requests can be imported from a spreadsheet for better visibility of tracking requests (Release Notes – 115291)

Purchasing and Production

• Production Maintenance new restriction to not allow over issuing of required raw materials (Release Notes – 115007)
• Bulk email each individual Purchase Orders in the listing to the supplier with PO number as subject and auto send option (Release Notes – 115180)

Other

• Consignment Note Number added to Stock Transfer Maintenance screen with clickable link to carrier website (Release Notes -115431)
• Transfer Request Maintenance now includes current stock at the transferring store (115343)
