End of support for Microsoft Office 2013
- Excel add in – used to create Report Query Builder reports into Excel to create your own refreshable report in Excel
- Outlook add in – Used to file emails against objects for easy retrieval.
From version 2020.3 (October 2020), these tools will require Microsoft Office 2016 or 2019. Microsoft Office 2013 will no longer be supported.
End of support for Windows Server 2012
- Terminal Servers – Web/IIS Servers will require Windows Server 2016 or 2019.
- Windows Server – 2012 will no longer be supported. (2012 R2 is still supported)
From version 2020.3 (October 2020), the above will not be tested for or supported.
